If I were you I'd be pissed to, but like 67Mustang302, I also have a steel bumper. Although yesterday a couple of jackasses tried stealing my center caps off of my new wheels at school, unfortunately I didn't find out until I got home and 4 screws were missing out of one of them and three out of another.

valve core removers ftw. Takes less than 10 seconds to fully deflate a tire. Put the cap back on and they'll be searching for days where the slash is, but won't find any.

check to see if paint cracked....
someone backed into my fox at one point (dont know if I owned it at the time) and you can see pressure cracks in the paint of the rear bumper.... there isnt a dent, but on a freshly waxed car, those cracks looks disgusing.

I would inspect for damage immediately. Take pictures before pulling away if you can (cell phone?). Pull back, if there is no damage then leave them a nastygram on their car or just get out of there. If there is damage, call the police immediately and get this documented.

but you prob live in a nice house, in a nice area, and have a garadge.
i live in a crappy appartment complex, in a crappy parking lot, where ppl have no respect for anyone else. i consider my car "nice" but they dont give a crap.
if i lived somewhere nice, and it happend once a mth, or something, then fine, id just let it go.
but when you have it happening 3-4times a week, it gets old fast.
yea, im a jerk, but maybe it will teach the dipshits to park with some respect for other ppls property
