Default what internals...

Hey guys i bought the car from a few months ago said the engine was freshly rebuilt and bored .030 with ford stock internals. But i'm sure he replaced something to compensate for the 0.030. (i know i'm noob!)

I'm looking to beef up the motor over the summer and was wondering where i should start but i'm not too keen on what to buy for a bored motor. Feel free to throw me a link or something.

honestly if its what u say it is just leave it and build a motor using another block since then u can work on it when u have the money and you can still drive around the car. but thats me. and check out http://fordstrokers.com/ and local engine shops.
