they werent. they were medium if not medium well.

but why is this an arguemnt? i think everyone has different standards of declaring what rare to well done means. ^ i call that medium.

yah, medium well should only have a thin line of pink in the middle. The cut piece is definitely meduim rare. The others I'd say medium.

well sooorrry then

.

im just scared to over cook it like i have with the last 3 batches of steak i cooked on our weber.

but today i cleaned it out so it didnt burst into flames on me
