So i finally finished getting the extra cash for a working scoop project for the car. Pft... i didnt even have to get a new hood like they told me that was required for the 03-04 model hood. Everything lined up perfectly and installation was a snap, sent the applique to get painted to match the hood since i figured itd look a lil better then the black. What do you guys think of it?

are those stripes paint or vinyl?

i had vinyl black put on mine and what a F(beep)'n disaster.  they are still on there now, going to get a paint estimate, then see if im going to get a cowl hood to fit an m112.

car looks awesome, i love red and i love stripes.  white was the proper color for you, but not for the shaker piece.

I like the scoop, but I'm not a fan of the stripes that go all the way to the bumpers.  Nice ride though!

very nice! i actually like the stripes on there, it makes the applique look really good. a lot of the time they look cheap but it looks nice with the stripes on it. it kinda ties it into the rest of the hood. i love the shaker. by far the favorite part of my car.

deffently, starting the car up for the first time i thought it was the coolest thing, but shifting gears you can notice it move a lil bit which is pretty cool.

How far away are you from Athol? I should probably know where North Brookfield is, but I don't...

i asked someone to paint and they said vinyl.
i had vinyl done and it looked so awful (because the shop F'd it up).  The FIRST thing i asked, is will my reverse cowl hood give a problem?  they gave me a refund.  i kept them on there because only my car enthusiasts friends know how horrible the job was done.  they are hood to spoiler now.

i'm going to go get paint, bumper to bumper.  2005+ look better than our model with stripes, but bumper to bumper is still awesome.  around here everyone has a mustang, gotta have a lil something to stand out.  i def like yours

Theres one other stang around my area that has the same paintjob as me after he saw my paintjob. But his red stang has the orange tint to it which doesnt look all that great with white stripes, but still looks unique because theres so many mustangs around my area also. But when they ask me what its got under the hood i just tell them its a sixxer and there confused because of the sound from the duel flows on it. Always like the compliments are the gas stations and such.

Does anyone know if this really works on the reverse style hood? Because I called the manufacture and they stated it would not...but this guy claimed it did so I am really confused because I want the kit so bad I can taste it but I dont want to spend my money on something that will not work.......=-( although I want it to...
