07 extreme delivered - 4/16/2008 1:19:13 PM    sftdyna   Posts: 23 Joined: 3/30/2008 Status: offline   hey guys, well its finally here! reliable carriers delivered it to the lamborgini dealership sunday morning just in time for the 250 exotic car rally to bear mountain in upstate new york , i was shocked to see how many people driving lambos, ferrari , maserati, porsche showing such interest in the extreme, most people actually commented hey, thats an extreme isnt it! anyway by the end of the day the little problems i had with the car were gone , it was flat spotting of the tires that caused the spoiler in the rear to shake, now its fine, the only thing i have to do is keep the shifter boot from coming loose, as far as how it drives well thats a long story that i will ellaborate on later, lets just say they named it extreme for a reason!! im going to try and post some pictures for the guys that asked, id like to thank everyone who helped answer the questions i had about the car and i will be in touch.                                                                                            thanks                                                                                                         carl Post #: 1

RE: 07 extreme delivered - 4/18/2008 6:27:01 PM    sftdyna   Posts: 23 Joined: 3/30/2008 Status: offline thanks guys, jazz i too was wondering about the ride height ive been told the extremes are lower than the normal sc cars, actually i like the slightly higher ride height better, guess you cant have everything. im considering going to 3.55 gears and switching to 305 35 20 in the rear it just doesnt seem to hook up at all, as far as gears go the 3.55 gears should give my arm a break, i dont race the car, red line, or powershift! my style of driving has changed over the years, now i like spirited highway drives with some nice twisted roads, some of you may say go 3.73 but the difference in first gear is 3 or 4 miles an hour hardly worth the expense for little difference.
