i don't know the difference between any of these genres, so i just classify them as "techno"...do any of you worthless ****s like this kind of music? i don't really listen to it, but i'd like to put together a CD of it because i like to keep an open mind. lets hear some recommendations

I DJ'd for a club across the street from campus in College Station to make my cash while I was in school. Granted I've been out of the scene for a good while, but I still try to keep up now and then.
I've got lots of Dieselboy, Tiesto, Plump DJ's, Front 242, Lords of Acid, Frankie Bones, Armand Van Helden, Paul Van Dyke, Paul Oakenfold, Aphrodite, DJ Yoda, DJ 8Ball and some other stuff, so it's mostly drum & bass, and some house, progressive house, acid trance, stuff like that. I've got more I just can't remember it all off the top of my head. lol Ohhh, and Electric Skychurch isn't bad either, though they're mostly just pure trance so it's not real hardcore type stuff..
Apex Twin, and if you are looking for something original, a good friend of mine has his own music myspace page. He is very good at what he does, and is into some neat stuff like using and distorting every day sounds to incorporate into his music. He has some light stuff that I don't exactly REALLY get into, but his heavier stuff is kinda like Hanzel and Gretyl or Rob Zombies remix stuff. His name is Shadowcast. Check it out, you might like it.
