Alright I just sold my GT to a buddy in the Marines for $8500. I really want a tuner car like a audi A4 or something turbo. Perferably AWD or rear wheel. I have about 10K to spend. So send me ideas on what i should get. This was my first car and i think im going to cry

Maybe a Golf or something like that? Or perhaps a Cobalt SS/SC? Or a MKIV supra?

I was thinking like a 1.8t GTI I think that would be pretty fun. I kind of want to get away from the boring interior in the mustang that is made of crappy plastic.

so u want a slower car, because the mustangs interior is "crappy plastic"? unless u get a good deal on a WRX(or a car of equal stats) and buy a turbo upgrade for it and all that jazz, your gonna be sorely disappointed with the results of most "tuner" cars out there.

he has $10k, he's not getting a mach.  doubt he's gonna get an a4 in decent condition with less than 150k miles for $10k, too.

maybe a cobra.

I would find a fox and do something with it if $10k was the budget.

fox and use the rest of the money for a turbo
there you go , you got urself a tuner car

and as for the interior? stop whinning, rip it out and make a custom interior then if you dont like it, go fab up some custom aluminum parts and if they come out good you can sell them to the public. of course thats not gonna happen and you will prolly end up with a scion tc with a spoiler :)

and i think that the healthy RX7s would push the budget a bit.

+1.  Rear wheel drive, 2.3 Turbo, the interior.......well, it's still a fox   You can get a nearly perfect one for about 4K, and then spend your remaining 6K on mods.
