How in the world did this thread get to be four pages long without.......................
Seriously, confront the person when they take it. Get in their face and make it known you are angry about it. Any pranks or other nonsense like that and they will think they will have to have some sort of revenge on you even though they instigated it in the first place. You know how when someone cuts you off in traffic, you blow your horn, and then they decide to give you the finger? This is what will happen if you prank them. You'll just be angrier in the end.

You need to get a picture of the person and then post it up all over the complex as flyers warning the other tenants of this person stealing newspapers.

Okay guys I am still undecided how I will get my sweet sweet revenge on this guy. If I get a picture of him I will definitely be posting his picture for everyone to see!! I don't think I will do the pepper spray for two reasons: the idea it could back spray and two that I could actually get in trouble for it. Is the poop senders for real? lol
