This is good but would require me getting up at the butt crack of dawn for more than just this Saturday! This is good, I think I will grab an old paper from work for the gag... You don't this this person would look at the date before picking it up, do you?

did you read the thread? she didn't have last saturday's paper....unless she got the friday newspaper and swapped that, but still its a lot of work to keep up week after week after week...

yeah, because its not possible for those to spread throughout the complex at all through air ducts or anything like that....
i didnt say a freakin nest of them.. the only one that may cause a ruckus of any magnitude would be the snake.. if it was ants.. they would maybe bite the person and they would make a mess where theyd have to spray them all down to kill them.. it would be aggitating to them to clean them up.. and same dealio with the spiders.. i wasnt referring to some psycho insanely quick growing bug infestation like youd see on dbz or something

You gotta understand that this person is coming to her HOUSE and ganking the newspaper. So a massive retaliation isn't a good idea because this person has already proved he/she isn't afraid to walk up onto her property and walk off with the paper.
A good scare that causes no harm, like an air-horn blast or gobs of vaseline all over the plastic wrap would be enough to scare the daylights out of the person or gross them out and they will find a new person to rob it from.

I'd say smear some of that stuff on the paper and let him take it. It's the world's 2nd most hottest sauce. So hot it sometimes eats through the cap. I took it to school one time during senior year and pranked a few people. If it gets on your hands, it won't wash off unless you wash the piss out of em. Needless to say, if he grabs his junk to take a piss, rubs his eye, it WILL NOT be a great sight. It's rated at 1.5 MILLION scoville units...were as tabasco is like 1,000 or so.
