has anyone had their seats reupholstered? my seats are looking a little sad and i need a cheap way to fix it up. my guess is that its not gonna be even close to worth it but if the price isnt bad thats what im gonna do.

mine in my 94 are the same way.  i am actually thinking about getting the kit from katzkin and having it put on.  im pretty sure i can do it myself, but it would void their warranty unless an authorized installer puts them on.  the only problem is, i cant access the page on their website to see who a local installer is so i can get a price quote.  i am going to do black leather/tan suede middles, and the whole kit is going to cost a little less than $700 so that isnt too bad.  i have seen some of their stuff and it looks great.  im just curious if it is worth it to pay someone else to install.

i personally think those katzkin things are a major rip off. your paying 600-700 for new material over the old worn foam in the flat and cheap stock seats.  you can get a pair of corbeaus for that price.  thats just me though, i know a few people that have them and LOVE them.
