Well, mine arrived today! Ordered on the 8th and recieved on the 18th, so I think they got here in good time. Now, if I can just find the time to put them on, LOL.

Also, for the guys that have these, did you just use the tape that is attached to the louvers, or different tape? That tape looks thin and flimsy, LOL, doens't look very trusting, just want to make sure it will hold good.

Jake, (BTW that's my son's name too) I read on here that some members use 3M Adhesive Promoter. Just make sure you wipe the area down good with some alcohol.
If I get some, I think I will put the adhesive stuff on too.

I used the tapes (attached) provided by wheelskin.
I did not use a promoter.
I installed mine about a year ago.

Trust me on this, it will hold!

The new adhesives are really amazing; they will hold.  The louvers look great but I don't think I will be getting any.

Snsstang;

Looks like your scoop might be from an old Torino.

You have a convertible, don't you? Was your last statement in jest? If it were, that's pretty funny!

Got mine from Street Scenes, local Ford only charged $45 to paint them for the set! Can anyone guess what my Hood scoop is?

Looks like my old '82 GT hood scoop. What is it and how much did you pay for it?

Wait....I see it in your sig....Original 69 Mach I Hood scoop

I wonder if a Fox Body hood scoop would fit on ours?

Hey guys. Thanks for all the support. We are working really hard to keep most colors on the shelf and ready to ship, although at times we do get caught short handed and have to wait for the louvers to come back from paint. We try to keep the wait reasonable and we really appreciate your patience.

The tape supplied with the louvers is a high quality tape with a strong adhesive and will be more than strong enough to hold the louvers on under almost any conditions.

Thanks again guys! As always you can e-mail me or call me any time with questions or comments. I love hearing from you guys... It makes my day at the office go by a lil' faster... LOL!

Great service Bill!
Any chance you will be carrying the

Thanks
