I purchased a set of Tokico shocks/struts for my '00 'Vert and they shipped pretty quickly. I got a defective strut and it has been a nightmare dealing with this company. It seems as if they are a one-pony show over there and the only person working there is named "Nick." The guy is a complete idiot and I think a trained monkey from the local zoo could do a better job than this moron, wait, I apologize to all the morons for such an insult. This guy has screwed up 3 times at getting a replacement strut out and I am still sitting aorund waiting for a replacement strut. In the mean time, I cannot align my car correctly so I'm sure my tires are prematurely wearing out. If you were smart, you would not buy from JDM-IN-STOCK.

Thanks for the heads up, eBay's great but alot of crooks.

I'd be leary of any company named JDM selling mustang parts though. It's like a company called Moterwerks selling firebird parts.

Eh I dunno, I ordered tokico 5-way adjustables from a JDM company, fast shipping, good product. I guess you were just unlucky my friend. Hope it works out.

You got lucky because there was not anything wrong with the shocks/struts you ordered. The Customer Service is the worst. Their one and only person in customer service is an idiot.
