Default swaybar and subframe years

What year mustangs, 79-04 have the thickest front and rear sway bars from the factory? They are all interchangable? Im looking for some junkyard fun. Also, are there subframe connectors on convertables? Are they welded or bolted on from the factory?
Thanks
