Supercharger for 05 S281?
I originally had planned to order the S281SC, but after seeing the S281 I couldn't wait. I love this car. I have never gotten so many looks and questions from in any other car. I too, am tired of hearing the non-Saleen owners saying that it is a waste of money.
I am wondering about the ability to add an aftermarket SC to my car. A previous Saleen employee that I have chatted with has advised me to avoid the Saleen SC (problems of some sort, I don't know the facts). I think I am leaning towards one of the twin screws. I don't plan on taking it to the track and simply want more power than the older Cobras and the new GT. The reason I ask is that someone recently told me that Saleen will not release the program (or something to that effect) that will allow the car to be reprogramed after an aftermarket SC is added.
