I have an 07 roush, and the fog lights are like the regular GT fog lights except they have a harness that moves them into the body kit and has a relay switch under the dash. well they stopped working after i got a push button start installed.

I looked at the switch and noticed that one of the blades that are in the back of the switch (1 of the 3) was broken and only in half way, so i bought a new switch that is pretty much just like the switch that it came with, and tried every possible combination for the wires to the blades that come out of the switch and no luck atall. i am completely out of ideas.

Ive checked all the connections and everything is plugged in and i didnt see anyblown fuses (except for one but it goes to cigarett lighter on dash(where push-button is installed))

Does any one has ideas on what could be wrong or things i could check, any answers will help i dont know much about electronics, just the basics

it is common for circuits to be linked, meaning that when the cig lighter fuse blew it took the fog lights with them.  If you have not replaced it them I would recommend trying that first.

Have you checked for power on these wires yet?  If I am correct, it will have a ground, another wire with +12v with the lights on, and then another that would be the output going to that relay.

it is common  for circuits to be linked and be run off of one another.  So when your fog lights go out it could be because they tapped them off of the door chime circuit, and it blew.  When you suspect a fuse it takes less time for you to get in there and check EVERy fuse then it does to get out the manual, find the page, try and figure out the right circuit.  Also look at the fuse box under the hood.

i dont have manual, i looked at the fuse box under the hood, the lid doesnt say what the fuse is for. i over all the wiring again and still nothing, checked fuses, bulbs, everything,
this is crazy... i dont want to take it to a ford dealership and them charge me 50 dollars just to look at it

you didn't hear me, I never said check your manual, I said check the fuses.  Either pull every stinkin one out and look at it or even better test them with a meter and I bet you will find some strange fuse that they tapped for power.  The dealer will do the same thing, take 5 mins and find it and then charge you for that hour.

you can also just look at them.  Normally they will be visable when blown, only rarely to they blow where you can't tell.  being that this is a roush they might have tapped power off of anything
