i use a cleaner and conditioner kit that is available at the local Harley-Davidson dealer. about $10. definitely do not use any cleaner or conditioner with silicone such as Armor-All. it will dry out the material and the dash will glare back atcha in the windshield.

I have the black interior on mine and I use the Meguiars brand leather conditioner on the seats and Meguiars brand interior detailer, it's very shiny and stays that way for weeks, the detailer is great on the wheels too. I just sprayed it on an applicator pad and spread it on. I made the mistake of using Armor All the first time I detailed it and it turned out splochy and streaky.

Hopefully that helps!
