As corny as that may sound. I've always driven big trucks or SUV's. The Mustang is my first Mustang, and my first actual car. Everytime I drive my car, Mustangs are always flashing their lights at me, waving, etc. With the top down, Mustangs will pull up beside me and BS with me over just about anything.
Does anybody else get this? Nobody cared about me before in past vehicles, but now everyone wants to talk to me, haha. Makes me feel young and cool.
mustang owners around here are assholes, ive been acknowledged by an old guy in a silver termie, thats it.... all the other stang owners act like ricers when they see and hear my car and try to show me up....hell, i get more attention from imports...the tuner guys are a hell of a lot nicer than the stang guys around here, and i dont mean ricers....had a guy in the most badass rx7 ever chillen with me in traffic the other day...his car idling was as loud as my car at half throttle.. sounded deep and lopey but it still had the rotary, wasnt an LSx swap...sat about an inch off the ground, completely blacked out, gutted, caged, it was definately a track car....me and him were doin 30 in a 50 drivin side by side BSin lol 2 lane (in each direction) road, people musta hated not being able to get around us
