i realize this is a mustang forum, but i saw this and was blown away. i think this outdoes the 2005 mustang seeing as how they both try to bring back the older models, not a big fan of 05 mustang body, but this camaro is SWEET...............
that was designed by a kid that wants the camaro back. everyone raves over this new design and would do anything to own one. i think chevy would be going in the right direction with it. i believe the kid is like 15 or 16. im noty sure though, could be older. i read the article a long time ago.

pontiac will have the nood as I have herd ...I new design in 07....as of now the camaro has been put on hold while gm resuffles it's divison as buick will be fazed out I'd buy an 07 camaro today

money...you think they care about the gto name or charger name? please...lmao its all about the green and playing on the baby boomers before their all six feet under...its a power play on the people who are starting to retire and miss their youth...they could care less what they do to the name sakes...the only thing they care about are dollar signs...i hear rumors about the chevelle makeing a come back...hey why not the duster did, and the malabu so why not lol...personaly i think they shoulda keep the names and just redisigned the cars to begin with but thats not how it went down...gm can only aford to have one bad ass car per devision if they want to stay cost compeditive with ford and everyone els after all to many variations of the same car is what killed the f body between rotton sales virtualy no promotion and mustang sales going though the roof and then add the compact sports market on top of that...sheat......so pontiac gets the gto and chevy gets the corvette..the cobalt is there as an alternative to the svt focus and srt4.... at least ford stayed true to their followers and kept the mustang around...although they might have screwd it up for a few years during the gas problems back in the 70s without those oddball stangs they might have discontinued it never to be seen again or worse yet brought back as some half wit pos that wouldnt really MEAN or stand for anything.

hey ford brought back the T-BIRD. i cant understand why they stopped making the camaro. IMO i like it better than the corvette as far appearance anywayz

they stoped makeing the camaro because they wernt selling...you had all the diffrent cars on the boniville platform, grand am grand prix all the diffrent models ok...then you had firebird trans am and camaro...now throw in the fact they did more advertiseing for trucks and suvs then they did for anything els and if you think about it when was the last time prior to the discontiuation of the fbodys that you actually saw a camaro commercial? im 29 and in my entire life i have never seen a comercial for a camaro ...ever...i saw ONE for the trans am other then that i saw nothing. gm killed it themselves had they only advertised and given slightly better deals they could have saved it...they chose not to..they screwd up by not promoting it so the big dogs at gm tied off the loose ends and those loose ends were the f body's...as far as corvette goes they dont have trouble selling them and the ones they sell make them a damn good chunk of money. they have no reason to discontinue the vette it wasnt the problem and is not the problem...the camaro looks like a smoothed over wedge on wheels....probly the most airodynamic car on the planet LOL

exactly and it was the add for the 2001 or 2002 trans am...no mention of the camaro......and in my opinion to this day the camaro firebird transam are badass...i still like the mustang more im just drawn to it for some reason...but had there been a 2004 trans am my ass would have had the top model...but would still long for a mustang lol
