I was wondering what is the best way to run power wire, rca's and and such to the trunk in an 08 GT with the none shaker system.

I'd run power/remote turn on down the right side and rca's on the left.

you do not need to seperat the remote wire from the rca's.  You will commonly see cables with a single wire built into it for this reason, it is a low current wire that does nothing more then turn on a relay.  It does not draw enough current to make noise in the cables. 

Now it is common to seperate the power and rca wires, but you do not have to worry about seperating the power from the speaker wires.

Yea i just ran all my wires but i couldnt find an easy way to get the power wire through the passanger side firewall.  Did you drill a hole or is there one already there

most people go down the drivers side, although I have not had my head under the hood of a new body style to know if the battery is on the other side.  There should be a grommet but sometimes you do have to drill.

Just had the amp and sub put in the trunk of my 08 a few weeks ago.  I used 0/1 gauge wire and we ended up just cutting a hole in the passenger side of the firewall for the power wire, and ran the RCA's down the driver side.

Yeah battery is on the passenger side.
