I have a black mustang with alot of water spots and swirls...suprize suprize right well I just bought the thing and i would like to know what ALL to buy to make it all go away. Thanks...

If you are going to do everything by hand I would recommend starting off with my Obsessive Detail Light Polish. This works really well by hand, you can remove light swirls/scratches and should be able to remove your waterspots, it really just depends on how bad they are. After the Light Polish I would go with the Wet Glaze followed by the Wet Wax. This combo is very popular among a lot of members here. The Wet Glaze will make your black paint look really deep and wet and then the Wet Wax will add more depth and wetness plus add your protection.

For black it is best to use the 2 bucket method just as an extra precaution. Also, make sure you are using high quality microfibers to dry with and to buff off products with. I highly recommend my Ultra Premium and Super Fly for buffing off products and the Amazing Dryer as an awesome drying towel. All of my microfibers are a 70/30 grade which is a lot better quality than what they sell over the counter.

Water spots are caused by mineral deposits, if you get to them quickly they are easy to remove, if they are on the finish for a long amount of time they are very hard to get rid of. Sometimes I have to use an abrassive polish to remove waterspots, then other times they are so bad that they need wetsanded to remove them.
