my pony is naked!

teresa, my chin is the 3dcarbon...very similar to the cdc one but not quite the same. youve got a great looking stang though.

Hey Devil, what do you think about the Mustang stripe???  I can't make up my mind!!!
Do you have racing stripes?  I have some and also a black pin-stripe.
The chin looks great on yours.  Hope mine looks as good.

Thanks 2k1gt, you guys are so talented.  Appreciate it!!!!!

Devil Wolf, looks x10 better without that stripe on there.  Just was looking in here cause I was curious as how much it affected the cars look.

Maybe be asking here pretty soon if someone can chop my car to have painted GT rockers instead of my black ones. Granted, I have a black Mustang so I'm thinking its not going to effect it too much. But I am curious as to how much change it would be.

Great job on the chop 2k1gt! Look good.

indeed i do have racing stripes:

id love to see a front shot of yours with the pin stripe! make sure you post pics when you get your chin, too. what wheels do you have? im on the fence between going chrome (not necessiarly bullits, i have a few in mind though) or the black bullits with ss rim...whenever i get the money

i dont know how i feel about the stripe. tmsmith, youre not the first to say it looks better without the stripe and the painted rockers; i showed the second chop to my friends and they all agreed it looks better...

but im not sure. i kinda like my stripe. ive got to think on it a while i guess.

oh, and as for as getting gt rockers for your black stang i'd do it in a second. i think the painted rockers make a huge difference over the textured ones we have. it always kinda stands out on the black stangs. i was just worried the painted ones would make my rear end look to high, but i think i will be okay.

Sorry this pic is small, It won't resize right for some reason.  Anyways, my stripes don't come down all the way like your's do.  I think I am going to get my chin on and then stripe it all the way down.  I know there was a place where you could by pieces of stripe, but I lost the site when my computer was messed up.  If anyone knows where it is let me know !!   I think it looks WAY better with full stripes.  The second pic shows the pin stripe around the big stripe.  It is too small in my opinion.  I would love to strip it off and put a wider one on.
You can see it in this pic.
It also shows scratch marks where some chick was laying, and posing for pictures on my hood.  The scratches are from her shoes.   I also have a dull mark on the stripe on the hood too.  Luckly no dents.
I still look for her every Friday nite at my bowling league.

In this pic you can see the side pin stripe is right under my louvers and goes from back to front, thicker to thinner.  Rims?  These are the '08 rims that are on the v6's
I got them from an auction at Mustang Alley for $450. I think.

I ordered my side skirts Wednesday morning and got them in the mail Thursday afternoon!!!!
My husband is on 7 day, 10 to 12 hours...so I think it will be a while before install.
Will deff post pics.

The Mustang stripe I might take off this summer.
Also the next thing for my car will be Eleanor center fog grille, and headlight splitters.
