It has been drilled to put a license plate on, but from your pic it looks like that shouldnt matter. Nearly new condition, only 4500 miles on the car. Live in KC, Missouri, and go to college in Columbia, MO, so we wouldnt have to ship it if you wanted to arrange something. Let me know.
