Ahh, I'm in a bit of a rush, I have a modded C6 vette running 12.1 to race next month so I need every mod I can get my hands on until then just to keep up
Mickey....put me down on the list but not 100% on ordering yet and would not happen until end of the month as well. So help me understand as a noob (which I am) 120-130 ft/lb tq for the 1330 series U joint but then would that make it the weakest point on the DS? I would be interested in the 1350 series but am confused as to the physics of the whole thing.....granted I dont plan on ever going over 600 RWHP but dont understand the above and its claims? Any help would be appreciated....If I dont hear back from ya I will call Leonards later this month...... J

J, the ft/lbs of torque is the torque for the bolts on the U-joints (correlating to their strength) not how much ft/lbs of torque the actual driveshaft can handle

We have made the group buy! I spoke with Ron from Spydershafts and he told him he has to make some more. He told me next week, he should have them ready. Everyone is now able to receive the discounted price of only $525 shipped!!!
I'm not a track guy, so is this mod worth the investment? I drive hard and of course want to maximize the fun meter, but close to $800 after labor is fairly high. Thoughts?

I'm not sure how good you are with tools, or if you're even open to working on your own car, but if you happen to be it's quite an easy install and theres a write-up on it already to guide you through. Save yourself the few hundred bucks and use it for another mod.
Even from a non-performance aspect, I think its worth is because it's a lighter part and its simplified since it's a one peice vs the stock 2 peice so no more of the stock driveshaft clunking.
So I don't sound like an advertiser, I live what I preach, I was first in line to buy one
