I was told that the Panhard bar would help high and low in the rear,,,,one side of my car is half inch higher than the other side,,,,Isn't the panhard bar for adjusting left and right alignement's? help me please....

A panhard bar has one purpose to locate the rear end assembly left to right.
Basically, hold it centered.
