this moring when i woke up i walked out to my car to see that the rear window on my top was busted by some a$$ hole kids probaly now i got to buy a new window my top is only 4 months old i paid to have someone do it last time what im wondering is this a easy fix for me and a buddy to do our selves bc i really dont feel like paying 500 again to have some one to install it

You did not say what year yours is, but on my `00GT- the window is sewn in & the cost is $250.00 just for that part of the top.

the window is glass and glued in than.

yeah... you will have to buy the whole rear curtain (glass and fabric around it) which will run in the 250-300 range. i replaced the whole top on my 94, and i will never do it again.  i dont have the patience.  i would gladly pay someone a couple hundred to do it.  its not very hard, but if its not stretched just right then it will have wrinkles and you have to take it off and start over again.  im pretty sure you can handle the job with you and a friend, but it requires alot of patience, its a slow process. it will probably take the better part of 4-6 hours to do the back part.
