did this one for free, so thats why it's not in a show car state. owner did not want clay. paint has been neglected, but not abused. when i would wash it, it would dry "dirty" especially the chrome. i don't know how to get the oxidation off the plastic, can someone give me a tip? i tried plastx and back to black. the oxidation just laughed at both
I really wish the owner would have let me do full correction, or even clay and wax. the truck really needed it. when i washed and dried the roof, it felt like 3000grit . also, i think thats why i couldn't get the paint or chrome "clean"...i washed it twice
owner lets his brown lab loose in the back. the scratch was from backing into a mail box.

turtle wax platinum car wash soap. its just for the outside, but i found it works great on the matts and stuff. it's kind of a heavy soap, so if you buy some it's going to be harsh on your wax. im about out of it, and when it's completely gone im going to buy some gold class, because it's so much milder
yep, i dilute it 3:1 and use a spray bottle that has a foaming sprayer. i wouldn't use it inside, though - only on the mats. it really takes a lot of time and effort to get it completely rinsed out of the carpet.
Bill, The truck looks great. Nice turn around. The mats look so much better. The leather looks really really nice. Nice job on the paint correction too. Great work!
I cant understand why people buy a new car and completely trash it. I mean a car is a bad investment, but why destroy it and make it even worse? Basic maintanance and care goes a long way
