Yolo -> Need Info for metric tire size (4/5/2008 6:42:25 PM)

I have a 1970 Fastback with 14x7 Magnum 500 wheels with F-70 bias ply tires and I like the way this tire size looks on the car, I want to replace the tires with a set of new BFG Radial TA's. Can someone tell me what new metric tire size will equates to the old F-70 size? I am also considering going a little wider in the back, does anyone also know how big of a tire I can I can go on on the14x7 stock rim with out compromising safety and also not have wheel rub issues? ( the suspension is stock height)
