I think either one will look good.  Clear will stand out a little more, smoked will be sharp but a little more subtle.  Here is where I will be getting my bulbs/lenses.

Clear turn signal lens
- 194 xenon chrome/amber bulbs
- 3157 xenon chrome/amber bulbs

Yo noctural thanks for the advice you can always come up here in the mountains where it is still cold and raining everyday and clean it for me if it is going to be a problem.  Anyways yea good place to get them from oddysey stangmods is excellent prices are higher but very reliable and only gotta pay shipping once.

I'm sure there is a write up on here some where. Wouldn't mind getting a hold of it aswell. Even if it is as easy as Welts are to do.

I used a write up but I can't find it on here but its pretty simple just remove the screws in the wheel well liner and pull out the plastic tabs should be 2 screws and maybe 4 or 5 push pins.  Just enough room to do some work.  Squeeze the two white pins and it pulls right out then put the new one in have to angel it in then put pins and screws back in.  It seems a lot harder than it is.  Might want to turn wheels one way or another so have more room to work with

i prefer the blacked out look. i love mine. they only cost me like 10 bucks. took the signals out. bought 20 percent tint. and just tinted em. it dont need to be a perfect tint. just flat. the lights are so big behind the bumper that you only need to tint what is shown through the bumber. at night they work excellent and sometimes during the day i walk out to my car and just love the look of just black then the white headlights. love it. reflectors work and everything.

I have clears on my white stang, but for a black stang nothing looks better than a total blackout.

    Those look nice mattthecat!

As far as the picture goes, how well can you actually see them during the day and night? If you were turning. Seems like they would be to illegal. Love the way it looks though.

Ordered the smoked turn signals the beginning of this week and they shipped yesterday. Also ordered the chrome bulbs from XenonMods.com.

ALSO scheduled to get my windows tinted for June 30. Just sucked it up and went 20%. Hopefully I will be able to see out of it. On top of that, I plan on getting louvers as well.

Going to be a whole lot of change for the month of July. Please chime in if you have any suggestions or could possible point me to a HOW TO.
