I saw the actual cars in Westwood when the movie premiere took place. We live less than a mile from Westwood, where most of all movie premiers take place. We saw all the actors go to the movie and after all the dust settled the Bumblebee robot (25feet tall), Barricade, and the old camaro were all staged in front of the theatre. This was June 27, 2007. My older son (7)was in heaven. I felt like a kid again myself with my cell phone camera. I need to figure out how to upload the pix one day.
I don't think we're gonna know for sure if Barracade makes his Mustang-guised return until the first round of trailers and previews for the sequel officiallys hits. The director (Bay) has already gone on record saying they will be waging a HUGE misinformation campaign (including leaking fake scripts) to throw off the internet spoilers this time. We'll just be dodging rumors left and right until the movie is unveiled.

I'd almost prefer it that way. Internet spoilers are just that. I'm not too old, but I do remember a time when you could go to a movie and not already have seen the whole thing on trailers or internet clips. Kudos to Bay's misinformaiton campaign.
