new to this site....
I have an 87' GT sd
I bought the car about four years ago,
supposedly the engine is rebuilt..
I have limited auto mechanical experience.
upper and lower intake manifold, I believe made by typhoon..
msd 6al, blaster coil, not sure about the CPU..
150 wet shot NX..

Just now getting time and money for project, need help.
I have friends with a little more experience than me.. We r
all learning.. Last time at the track, four years ago, I decided
to spray in first, on slicks.. From 1st to 2nd the transmission
went to pieces, one of my seat brackets broke and went into
the floor, keep in mind, stock suspension. Recently, after sitting a few years
, I got it started, transmission supposedly rebuilt, some grinding in 1st & 2nd.
Already dropped the tranny, gutted the interior, cept the dash.. Looking to invest
time and money.. Help..

Good Luck with your project - I unfortunatly cannot be of much help..
But..Welcome to the forums!

There are many specialized sections for specific questions about specific cars - I would post there and see if anyone can send you in the right direction
