i dont mean to intrude on your saleen meeting, but got any numbers on those upgrades for the saleen SC?  how much improvement are those upgrades going to get you?  (just making sure the saleen crew doesn't get too far ahead).

No, no numbers and yes you are intruding so gtfo  kidding, kidding.

Apparently there a lot of good things either out now or coming out soon for the Saleen Series VI from different vendors (i.e. Saleen, JDM, Brenspeed). I have no intentions of appointing myself as an advertiser/promoter of any of these items. Rather, I'm just sharing some information w/ other Saleen bretheren.

However, JDM's intake looks like it's going to be one BAMF!!

And, that ShakerCharger looke like it's going to be another BAMF!!

I'll chime in here Saleen was powerfull enough to snap my input shaft among other things  so you know they got some power!

If the shaker can fit under my hood w/o much modification I'll purchase one and let everyone know how it runs.

The blower seems to whine more with the shaker.

I have a Saleen S/C installed by PowerHouse and tuned by JDM.

Marty, yours sounds a lot like mine too.

With the shaker kit the SC whine should be considerably louder.  I can't wait until the shaker comes out, I have been on the waiting list since late last year when I first heard about it.  Nice work

Martymoose on the JDM ported intake that looks pretty sweet also.  I am dieing to see the numbers on both units.

For all you s/c owners, it would be helpful info if you state whether you have forged internals, and how long your system has been on for.

This will give those who are considering s/c's info on whether their stock internals will last.

Stock internals, 6.5psi boost with the 3.8 pulley, will be dropping to the 3.4 pulley around summertime.

I've had my S/C for about 10 mo's and 10,000 miles. I've ran it with 8 to 10lbs of boost and anywhere from 438 rwhp to 493 rwhp.  I guess if I was a little braver I could get it up to around 540 rwhp, but my wallet says no for right now.  The pulleys seem to give me around 2 lbs of boost and 30 rwhp for every .2 in dia. drop.  The nsr cams gave me 26 rwhp.  Everything is perfect for now.

?????? Do you have dyno sheets   the 493 rwhp is what I'm interested in seeing.

Yes, go to Brenspeeds site, and under customers cars mine is the one at the top of the page.  Click on the dyno part that is in blue and you can pull up the graph, go to bottom of page a you can enlarge the sheet.

I'm running pretty much the same setup except the NSR cams with more boost so I'm shocked you are close to 500.

do you have any plans to upgrade trans or motor?  I guarantee your going to blow yours..

I have no agenda, the numbers are what they are.

I'm not saying you have an agenda don't get offended.  I'm just comparing what everyone else has with the same boost.  Your numbers are a little higher then anyone's I have seen.    I would like to know why your car is special considering I am going for 600 RWHP i figure your car might have something mine doesn't that I could use.  Since I can't see why your car is special I guess mine just sucks.  did brenspeed do a custom tune for you or was it one of their mail order tunes like I run?
