Default POWER BRAKE CONVERSION FROM GRANADA

I AM UPGRADING MY 1969 MUSTANG TO POWER FRONT DISC BRAKES USING PARTS FROM AN 1986 GRANADA.
THE INFO ON THE INTERNET IS FAIRLY COMPLETE FOR THE DISC CONVERSION, BUT SCETCHY ABOUT REUSING THE POWER BOOSTER OFF THE GRANADA. THERE WAS SOMEBODY THAT TOLD ME YOU COULD USE THE BOOSTER,BUT THE PUSH ROD NEEDED TO BE 3/4" LONGER THAN STOCK. HAS ANYONE USED THE GRANADA BOOSTER THAT KNOWS THE PROS AND CONSWITH THE MODIFICATIONSIT MIGHT TAKE.
