Hi. I am new to posting. I've done a lot of reading on here though. Hopefully someone can shed some light on my problem. My driver side door window hits the top and bends outward when closed. If the door is closed the window goes up with no problems. I noticed there was a worn bushing in the top so I drilled it out and found a junk frame and got the better bushing out of it and did a little welding and it raised the top slightly, but not enough to fix the problem. This is not a problem if someone is with me, I just leave the window down a crack, get out, and then the passenger rolls it up, but it is annoying when  I am by myself. Anyone run into this problem before? I am not able to find a way to adjust the top to make it sit a bit higher. I've noticed if I don't roll the window all the way up it matches up ok.....but it is a pain when everytime I hit the power window button, the window wants to go all the way down! Thanks for any input!

havent run into that yet on mine. I would look at all the joints and check for any worn/bent parts on the top.
