I have photoshop elements, but can't seem to put stripes on without it looking stupid. Can anyone add some 10 inch stripes with a 2 inch gap to my vista blue gt?

Where do you want them? Like racing stripes? And i is going to be hard to get the exact dimensions like you want so it won't look the same if you actually do it but you'll get the idea.
