LeMans stripes on a Torch Red 05 - 3/28/2008 11:56:55 AM    05transporter Posts: 11 Joined: 2/4/2008 Status: offline So I'm planning on putting LeMans stripes onto my 05 Torch Red Mustang, but I'm not sure which color I want to go with... White definately acts as an attention getter, and I've seen plenty of red mustangs with white stripes to know it looks good. HOWEVER... Black is a little more subtle, but I've not seen any red with black LeMans stripes, aside from one or two pics on the internet, so I'm not 100% sure how I feel about the look.  It would be a fair bit more unique, on the other hand. So what's the overall consensus here? I think I'd look at something like silver, try different shades of gray, different shade of red for a subtle look, etc. If you do want your car not to stand out from the others, then go with white or black. There are so many colors that would look good, but you need to look at paint chips and compare the colors.
