The epoxy finish came out looking metallic black with a purple tinge. Not what I expected, but I like its subtlety. Debating whether a MUSTANG decal in orange would be an enhancement or a liability. _____________________________ . RE: Painted break calipers!!! - 3/27/2008 9:07:04 PM    marcuskeeler Posts: 2642 Joined: 9/25/2006 Status: offline I found the rough casting of the calipers wasn't good for decal adhesion, the decals seemed to 'fly' on the edges. Perhaps an abrasive polishing wheel on a drill would buff a flat area suitable for decals?   Red seems to be the caliper colour of choice for the masses, it's an unwritten rule I reckon.  (Yes, my fronts are Red, rear is Black ). _____________________________ www.mkeeler.com/mustang/ Minority group member - Got three pedals and I like going round corners (in reply to FyouGitive) Post #: 17
