I have an '07 SGT with about 1k miles on it.  I have an issue with the front brakes pulling one way or the other sometimes.  It does not always pull the same way and does not do it at every stop.  Has anyone else heard of issues like this?

It could be that the car is following the crown in the road or the ruts in the road. Mine does that. I think it may have something to do with the way the suspension is set up.

I don't think that is the problem.  It is an actual torque of the steering wheel when the brake is applied.  It is as though the caliper had stuck but it varies as to which side.  If you let off the brake and reapply it works fine.

When it does that again, drive again on the same section of road and (very carefully) let go of the wheel without breaking and see if the car steers itself to the left/right.

These lowered cars have negative camber (this can be rectified with camber adjustment plates available at Shelby) that can contribute to road hunting. Mine got a bit worse when I installed the wider GT-500 wheels with wider tires in the rear than the front.

Additionally, the rear axle is offset / shifted to the left (drivers side) by approx 1/2 inch also due to the lowered suspension. This can be rectified by an adjustable panhard rod.

Your issues may have nothing to do with the brakes, but it is possible.  You could also try bleeding the front brakes.
