ORIGINAL: raubt ... the Borla Stingers are the exact same exhaust as the FRPP Stingers, just with the different brand name stamped on the tips, and the FRPP's are usually a bit cheaper, so if you don't mind having "FRPP Racing" stamped on the tips instead of "Borla," you might be able to save yourself $50-100 on the set-up. If the Borla Stingers sound that good, and it's the same company that makes the FRPP duals, would it make sense to purchase the FRPP (that is, if one likes the sound of the Stingers in the video link)? Yep. I would say that's what the majority of the GT guys on here have done with Stingers, since the FRPP version saves you some cash money. The only difference is the stamp on the exhaust tip. Also, I think the actual Borla-branded version has a better warrenty than the FRPP version, but they're all made by Borla, so it shouldn't be a problem (that is, the FRPP version should last just as long as the official Borla version, since they're identical mufflers except for the tips.)

I currently have the Borla single, and I must admit it sounds incredible. I am very curious as to what kind of sound this same exhaust would give in dual. Can anyone chime in the difference in sound between the single and the dual Borla/FRPP? Please describe, if you can. Thanks!
