Default Converting EFI to Carb question

I have a 95 GT, and want to convert it to a carb. I have a vortec charger that I am going to feed into the carb with a carb pressure plenum. Do I need to change the Fuel pump because of the hi pressure, or justbuy a new fuel pressure regulator with a return line? Also was wondering about the distributor. WillI need to get a new one?
