Yes its very easy. I did mine last night. First you need to remove the bolts in the trunk with a 10mm socket. Then you need to heat the top of the spoiler up where the 3m tape is and wiggle it off. Then you just screw the new spoiler on and it has 3m tape around the border. The hardest part is to get the old spoiler off.

+1. The old 3M is a chore, but be patient with it. Fitment is great with the new spoiler, just be super careful when lining it up as the 3M sticks like a mother.
I placed the new spoiler on the trunk, and barely attached the nuts to the screws to ensure that I was in the correct spot. I then removed the film from the back side of the spoiler and set the tape in place. Afterwards, I removed the remaining film. Placement is everything. Good luck!
