Figured I'd post this up since there are a few guys here familiar with my car. Started taking her apart a couple days ago. Here's some pics showing the progress so far....

89 2.3 Turbo, 82 T-Top Notch 5.0, 86 LX T-Top 5.0 roller and 86 GT Black in and out with Gt 40X Heads, Smoothed Engine Bay, Battery in Trunk, SLP's, Bolt-on's
Nothing whatsoever was wrong with the car when I took it apart. It ran the same as it ever has. Just wanted to have a much, much faster street/strip car, and the current block, internals, fuel system etc. was holding me back.
Not really giving up all the details on the build yet, but it'll be a small cubed Ford built to handle more than twice the power it makes now, with at least a Precision PT-78GTS.
she will be sick when its done, what kind of heads you going with

this is one of the things ive always wated to do with my car, just throw on a turbo, and GO!
its hard for me becase theres just so many choices. just heads on stock 302, with a 150 shot, or 347 with h/c/i, or just do what you did, slap a turbo on the motor, and call it a day.... so many choices
