Well, I don't know if anyone is still interested in this topic, but I just finished swapping the front end on my V6! It now sports a complete OEM GT front end! If I do say so myself, and I will!! It looks fooking awesome!! It was quite the project and a bit more involved than what I have been reading in some of the other posts on the topic! Anyway, here it is, I thinks it's the right way to get the fog lights in if that's what you really want! I know I did!
Enjoy!!

Thanks, I really appreciate the compliment!
Total, for the OEM Ford GT Bumper cover(factory color matched of course), grill w/foglights, lower grill insert...and the rear OEM GT Bumper(which I'm putting on now, I will post a pic when I'm done), was a package deal, and was $653.63, delivered to the front door of my resd. To complete the project, you will also need the 2 front wheel well halves from a GT! Also the lower air-difusser that mounts just underneath the bumper and runs back to the main cross-member that sits right behind the radiator! I fab'd this piece, made some nice ABS extentions for the wheel wells until I can get a set of those! So the cost will go up a little more, but not much! I could actually leave the fab'd pieces I made, on forever...ya can't even see it!! But I know, and I'm a bit anal!!

Sweet, if Ford sold them that way, who would buy a GT.

BTW, the local Ford dealer has a 05 silver GT on the lot, sticker 26K, thier price 31K.

I decided it was best to go with a seperate circuit, rather than trying to go through the fuse box! I ran the wire from the relay(autozone) switch-on connector, inside the driver compartment(through the piece of foil that is right below the master cylinder) and connected it to one side of a nice switch, and the other end coming off the switch to the parking light wire!
Now I can run the foglights with only the parking lights on...if I want!! I haven't actually planted the switch anywhere yet..still looking for a cool looking spot!

How much did you pay for the sunroof? also, do you have a picture you could post of your 7" monitor? i'm thinking about getting a kenwood 6.5" touchscreen Navigation system that sits in the dash. if you could post a picture, that'd be great.

you can get the gt switch and install it. the wire goes over to the right side of the car. it is a ground wire when on so you could hook it up to your relay ground to make the lights work. that is what i did and it works. the plun on the v6 switch has the wires for the gt switch it is the orange/lite green wire. also if you want i can tell you how to make the led on the switch light up when the fog lights are on. it takes alittle work but its cool.

I did the same thing but cost me about half...I got the parts off ebay. ran me about $340.00
I didnt change anything but the grill. left everythingelsse stock. The kit I bought came with a wiring harness thatt was very easy to install. Took about a half hour. i will have to admit that it was alittle tought to get in due to the fact that the gT grill is slightly larger. I ahave upgraded the wheels also.

I paid $850 total, and worth every penny, I really like it! I will take a pic of the screen and post it this weekend, it also looks really nice, and so far, everyone that sits in the car has no idea it pops out until I push the button...then ya hear WOW!! ! So far I'm proud of the mods I've done!
Time to work on the horsepower now!!

Afixer
yeah, if you could send me an email or something on the led hook-up, that would be cool! Right now I have it tapped in to the Lt Yelllow wire with Lt Blue Stripe that's on the V6 light switch, which turns them on when I turn the lights on(they actually come on as soon as the parking lights do with this wire) I have a hidden interrupt switch in case I want the fogs off all together! Send me that info please, I do want to get that GT switch!
Thanks Guys!
