I was looking at buying a new car and I saw a Saleen for sale around the corner from my house. It's a 2001 S281 SC with 21k miles on it. The owner is asking for $27k. I have not been able to drive it yet. I did look at the exterior and the car looks to be in excellent condition. I spoke with the owner over the phone and the reason he is selling it is because he bought a 2003 Saleen. I would like to know what a good price range would be so that I can negotiate if I like it after I go to test drive this car.

HEY THATS A GREAT PRICE FOR THAT CAR I OWN A NON SC ONE AND I GOT IT FOR 22,800 ID SAY GO FOR IT THERE GREAT!!

Not offically, but I put together Saleen get togethers and schedule meets...if your intrested, there is one scheduled for April 17th which is a Saturday @ 1pm in Vancouver area. This is a mustang meet, but if the weather is nice, we should have 4-8 Saleens show up.
