I have a set of rear ford racing lowering springs off of my 07 GT that I want to trade for stock springs. They have aprox 4000 miles on them.

How much do they lower the car, I have Roush springs on the rear of my GT now, Are they lower than those?
I still have my stocks in storage, We can work out something, Even if we don't trade.
