"creaking" clutch
Had this problem for a while now but just always ignored it. When i press and depress the clutch i get a creaking groaning kind of sound, that almost sounds if something needs some wd-40 on it, it comesobviously from down by the clutch pedal, but also if i pop thehood i can hear it too. The clutch has absolutely no problems and im about to turn 18000 miles.anybody else have this problem?

RE: "creaking" clutch
I have a V6, but I also have a "creaky" clutch, if you find what needs to be lubed let me know. Also my clutch works flawlessly if not for the noise.

Same here. Clutch creaks, but works perfect other than that!

RE: "creaking" clutch
I was just thinking of asking my dealer about this to see if there was somethign they could grease. Please let me know if you find out.
Mine is very faint but a slight squeak that sounds like it needs some WD-40. I've only got 6750 on the clock too.

RE: "creaking" clutch
Spray the springs with some kind of lube and put some grease on all moving parts/shafts thatmove throughrubber. You will never hear the noise again. (I havn't since I fixed it) Steering wheel still whines a bit when its cold though? lol
