First Mustang, 2002 GT.

I have about 30K on my Eagle ZR45's

And am surprised the Front tires show alot more wear than the Rear tires.

I am thinking about getting Goodyear F1's but maybe just for the Front tires only.

Which F1's?  either way cant go wrong, just watch colder weather driving

And stay away from the Gatorbacks (OE tire)  They suck and cost an arm and a leg.

front tires get more wear ( unless you are always on the LOUD pedal) because of the weight of the front end, & the fact that the fronts do the steering.

The front tires always wear more. If you get different tires you can't rotate, then you're always buying the front at a faster clip. I recommend getting something you like all around unless you're doing a custom look, then rotate frequently.

Yeah you are going to run into that if you cant rotate your tires. The fronts do tend to wear more if you are in need of an allignment or shocks. SO make sure all reg maintainance is in check.

I have a 03 cobra and i left the stock f1s up front and i was very happy with them, nice grip, good thread life, smooth ride, out back once they wore out i got alotta wheel hop, but at the stock HP they were pretty nice.
