Hey guys... I've been quite interested in black billet grills.

If anyone has one and has a pic I'd love to see it! Also where you purchased it from and pricing would help a lot!

Thanks guys!

Got mine at CDC. Cost $300 but is very high quality, sturdy, and well worth every penny.

I was trying to find one that left the opening for the pony and mrbodykit said they would have one up within the month for the V6s

So you are talkng about a bolt-over grille, one that bolts to the stock grille? Those are all over Ebay, and other places, and have the center opening for the Pony to shine thru. The Pony is part of the stock grille, it can't be put into an opening on another type of grille. I heard on this board months ago, there was a discussion that bolt-overs reduce the air flow, kind of like having 2 grilles on the front. You may however find a billet grille, like mine for example, take the pony off the OEM grille and use 3M tape to attach it somehow?

I believe you are looking for the black grille inserts (bolt over) by Carriage Works.

They are in the Moss Mustangs catalog.

Thanks for the help yea both autoanything, mossmustang, and mrbodykit have them now but they same rather expensive.  autoanything will be in the 210 neighborhood while mossmustang is about 230 and mrbodykit is around there too.  foryar.com used to sell them and they said they are going to start selling them again.  Right now they only have the upper grille insert.  Their combo deals for the upper and lower grille inserts in black are 120 shipped to my door.  So I think its worth the wait and its what is in the picture above so I know its the look I want.

Yea they probably don't have them yet but I think they are taking orders now. I will probably wait because you can get them for like $40 cheaper at foryar.com . They are in the process of getting them back on their site right now all they have is the upper grille but if you look they sell the top and bottom grilles for $95 and you can get 10% off with that code on homepage.

Mr Body Kit has one posted for the Pony Package Grill now. I'll have to see one in person before I would be willing to commit.
