raced a 5.0

my cousin came into friday night so we went out for a ride that night. during the ride a mustang 5.0 flew by me...i got behind it and followed untill traffic cleared. my cousin said it was a cobra but i didnt notice...anyways i got up beside her at about 60mph....she looked over and i could tell she wanted to run....i drop it to 2nd and gave 3 honks...we went to about 100ish and when i let off i had 2 to 3 lenths on her.....she pulled beside me and gave me a thumbs up and it sounded like she said nice pipes, but im not sure.....i was kinda surprised....i dont know much about the old 5.0 so yall tell me if she even went or not.....when i pulled beside her she def looked like she was goin to run.

With your mods I'd say afor a 5.0 to run with you like that it probably would have to have at least full bolt-ons and maybe weight savings or better tires.

Was it a fox or a sn95?

Either way if it was a real cobra, with bolt ons I would expect that result, if it was stock you would have beat it far worse
