Default HEART-BROKEN

Hey guys. I have 19" AXIS "shine" wheels which are scraped up pretty bad. Especially the front one. Such a f*ckin shame because they are beautiful, and by the way,...I definitely recommend them. One place said they could fix them $80/wheel. Is that the way to go? or should I just buy new ones? If I end up buying new ones, where is the best place to get them at a good price?

Thanks
