Default 400 HP N/A

Anyone have any ideas on how 400 Hp can be achieved N/A on a 2001 cobra?? I dont want to go F/I yet until next year and a hellion kit.

sean hyland has a nice write up in his book on building up a NA cobra motor to 405hp.

I believe he used FR500 heads, FR500 high lift valve/cam set, FR500 intake, 42lb injectors.

its going to cost the same as doing a centi blower.

Just do some headwork, cams, port/polish and forge out your bottom end. if your plan involves boosting heavily, you'll need to drop your CR, so chances are you wont make 400 n/a and still be able to boost like you want, along with blower cams (if you choose to go withthem), theywont give you the same hp gains n/a cams will.

how safe is nitrous though? Would I need to do a lot of work to the car to run a shot like that??
